Activating a drop-down menu

Your callers would prefer to have someone on the line as soon as possible. But not all your staff will be able to answer all the questions of all callers.

By using the Choice Menu feature, you can quickly distribute callers based on type of question or skills of the employee answering the phone.

At the Belfabriek, a Choice Menu is also included as standard with your subscription. So you pay nothing extra when you use the feature.

Activate your own selection menu

When you let Belfabriek take care of your service number, creating a choice menu is a piece of cake. You tell us which options you want and which numbers they should connect to, and we do the rest.

You can have your phone menu modified at any time. You can do this easily via Belfabriek.app.

You can record the menu text yourself via our voice line or have it recorded by a professional voice actor. We will be happy to advise you on this.
