More comprehensive statistics analysis

As a Belfabriek client, you have access to comprehensive real-time call statistics. You can also receive regular fully automated reports by e-mail.

Should you still need more extensive analysis of your statistics, we have an additional feature for you.

Download statistics as Excel file

Did you know that you can also download all your call data as an excel file?

To do this, log in to your online Belfabriek.app dashboard and go to Statistics > Specification.

At the top of the page, you will see a Download as Excel button. When you click this, all data from the selected period are collected and put into one convenient Excel file.

After downloading your statistics as an excel file, you are free to do your own analysis with them, load them into other files if necessary or make nice graphs out of them.

Alternatively, you can download the data as an XML file.
