Activating a Pre-announcement tone

When the Annunciation Tone feature is enabled for your service number, you will hear a short tone or melody prior to the call.

This way, you will always know whether an incoming call comes via your service number, or whether the caller has called your 'normal' number, even before the call starts.

Activate your pre-announcement tone

If you have placed your service number with Belfabriek, you can easily enable the Pre-Announcement Tone via Belfabriek.app.

Go to Number settings and scroll to the Announce Tone option. You easily switch the function on or off with the On/Off button. When you enable the function, you can choose from 6 different tones and melodies. You can listen to the tones by clicking the Play button behind each tone.
